Je kan er alle kanten mee op, zolang het binnen het kader van de mogelijkheden past die de mens bepaalt.<\/p>\n Hmm, is dat wel wat we willen? Is dat niet te beperkt? Tja, goede vragen en een goed moment om je eigen opinie te bouwen omtrent het onderwerp.<\/p>\n Anyway, terug naar het verhaal: Op basis van een vraag en antwoord spel is de uitdaging op dit moment om zo concreet mogelijk antwoord te geven en richting te bepalen waar de gebruiker naar op zoek is. En daarnaast voor de ontwikkelaar om te bepalen hoe je de \u00a0eindgebruiker de juiste kant op stuurt.<\/p>\n Tijdens de sessie zoomen we in op de waarde van Copilot binnen Microsoft F&SCM.<\/p>\n Er zijn op dit moment een tal van coderingstalen waar Microsoft Copilot mee overweg kan, namelijk:<\/p>\n Bij alle talen\/ modellen geldt \u201cde Bron bepaalt de kwaliteit van het Antwoord en gebruikerstevredenheid!\u201d.<\/p>\n Wat is dan de uitdaging voor een consultant om de toepassing acceptabel te krijgen?<\/p>\n Duidelijke doelstelling defini\u00ebren, hoe meer context gevraagd, hoe anders AI een antwoord terugkoppelt.<\/p>\n AI wordt aangestuurd en opgezet binnen Copilot studio.<\/p>\n Statische stukken code middels low code principes in C++ taal worden gebruikt om het design te formuleren.<\/p>\n Binnen de code development kun je beter SharePoint gebruiken als bibliotheek, je kunt namelijk de gelinkt documenten openen i.p.v.\u00a0 alleen links te tonen.<\/p>\n Data toegang kun je ook beheren door ervoor te zorgen dat per doelgroep de juiste security level wordt toegepast. Kortgezegd, per gebruiker kun je alleen data inzien die binnen jouw rol is toegestaan.<\/p>\n De vraag is; wat doe je traditioneel en waar kan Copilot acties uitvoeren middels input vanuit de gebruiker?Op dit moment is het samenvattende informatie. Effectief gebruikers acties uitvoeren is er nog niet. Echter gezien de ontwikkelsnelheid van tegenwoordig, zullen gebruikersacties door AI uitgevoerd worden d\u00e9 manier van werken zijn. We entered the era of Infonomics<\/em> over two decades ago, and the vast majority of data that exists today has been generated only in the past few years. With so much data out there, why is it that some businesses still struggle to implement the Data First approach?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Having a rich database at your organization is just the first step on the way to becoming a data wise company. Data alone has no value. The value is the insights from that data. However, it can be reduced and managed with specialized help of the Change Managers. They will recommend best practices on how to deal with changing processes and environments as well as work on the mindset change. All while maintaining focus on setting achievable goals for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the start of a big data journey, it is a good idea to launch a communication campaign, followed by frequent message reinforcement on why this is important for the organization and how everyone will benefit from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the greatest benefits of speaking the data language is that it improves the argument. And, if you want your team to speak data, you have to speak it yourself. Encourage insights search by asking \u201cwhy?\u201d This will cultivate curiosity and motivate further data exploration. Is it worth mentioning that asking enough and the correct questions is very important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additionally, by fostering a culture of data awareness by regularly communicating the importance of data-driven decision-making and the benefits of being data-literate you will encourage employees to actively seek out and use data in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We\u2019ve mentioned that data literacy is a skill that needs to be developed over time. It is therefore helpful to first carry out a general skills assessment to understand your employees\u2019 needs, so you can deliver a suitable training program that will guide them on this journey. Remember that tooling is not everything, and even though a good Excel course always brings benefits, this does not necessarily lead to finding valuable business insights. Workshops focused on gaining skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and analytics will be much more beneficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Make sure that learning is a continuous effort. Embracing a commitment to constant learning not only cultivates a more data-literate workforce but also fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Promote collaboration among employees to share knowledge, insights, and best practices related to data. Encourage cross-functional teams to work together on data projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Business units (not IT) should drive the IT requirements to create the most optimum infrastructure needed to support operations. This framework should also evaluate the data level. Such as access to it, its structure, visibility, and most important quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Especially at the beginning of the data journey, you might encounter resistance due to the lack of trusted data.
